In the history of social media andvideo technology i have never known of anyone to go to the trouble of hitting record just to get ~1-2 seconds worth of footage just to show an eye blink or a minor shift in their posture. The incredibly compressed quality and strange lighting, the fact that the noise/grain seems to jump around like the light conditions have subtly changed between frames.
