The SJW interpretation of privilege was invented by rich white trust fund hipsters with associate degrees in sociology. Rather than identify their source of privilege as the wealth they have been born into, they identify it as from being white.

Places like new Orleans and Missouri would be on the list of bad places for minorities of any kind. This country ain't perfect. What they need to do is truly integrate the school system by evenly distributing funding to school, and making the people who decide if you get in to higher education blind to your ethnic background. Black male students get harsher punishments and punished more often for the same offenses. In some states that means paddling. They get signaled out, often by black male or female teachers. They put dyslexic and adhd kids in with autistic ones and ones with "behavioral deficits". That home room isn't a good learning environment. Think about it. Half those kids would be better off in the library during that time. At least then they would have a peaceful environment to try to work with. 10 kids with varying disabilities to 1 teacher and 1 para aka tard wrangler. So 2 out of ten days if all goes well an individual kid gets help. Or if there more than just that one hour maybe 4. All the while some autistic kid is screaming in a padded closet. Seriously, that's a thing. Then the frustrated special ed teachers go and paddle some darkie. It's like something out of a nightmare. That's why we are all fucked.
