MattPatt made a video say Scott didn't know what he was doing simply because each of Scott's game destroyed MattPatt's theory on FNAF. Scott went to the comments and said that MattPatt wasn't looking hard enough, like his "cleverer fans". MattPatt deleted Scott's comment after.

Honestly, what is really sad about his channel was that early on he had a great balance of humor and using actual science and math, he jumped the shark with the Majora's Mask video where he talked about Link being death, you know instead of the other things he could have talked about of that particular game.

And the fans aren't helping any, with them more or less taking Mat's ideas as actual fact. I would really hate to make something people enjoy reading/playing or whatever and some guy like MatPat comes in with an idea that while he does say is, "Just a theory" and then when I talk about my creation I have fans who are bugging me about details that aren't true or whatever.

MatPat honestly is harmless if not a bit arrogant, it's his fans that are the source of most of the bullshit.

I don't mind Game Theory. I don't mind MatPat, really, and the humor isn't offensive (in the sense that I can't stand it). I am fine with the sometimes crackpot ideas and blatant stretches of logic for some outcomes. That's fine. It's not terribly serious.

What's less tolerable is his blatant cash whoring lately, like with the Mad Max video - just blatantly hopping on a bandwagon for shekels. But, hey, that's typical YouTuber bullshit and I run Adblock anyway.
