To elaborate on my previous post, this guy has been reviewing Sonichu comics since 2010 but his schedule was very erratic, often taking 6 months or an entire year to release a new video though it has been remedied recently with his Patreon account which he uploads cocks on more regular basis. Despite all that, all he got in these years was 2000 subscribers. He utilizes Channel Awesome style of comedy by reading the whole thing and adding commentary, as well as inserting clips and references in response to certain panels. And just like CA contributors, there is some forced storyline that happens between reviews in the background. First time I watched him he was relatively harmless, I was still on my CA phase and I'd watch him because there were not many people reviewing Sonichu like it at that time. Recently, he jumped on the SJW badwagon and defended CWC as a tranny - though he used to point out misogyny and sexism in his earlier vids, it was never too annoying and lets face it, this is Sonichu we are talking about. I think the reason he is doing this is because he made his "fame" on covering Sonichu and he will soon fade without any material to cover since he is at the end of the series. Gotta have these Patreon bucks flowing after all.
In other circumstances I wouldn't bother with this guy based on his insignificance, but seeing the kind of people he follows and he daring to ban people who show an different opinion he is just asking to be milked.

Most of these sort of reviewers are massive autistic geeks who don't have the charisma or acting skills to pull off a comedy sketch. Just stick to what we autists do best; overanalyzing things, and most of the material will be funny in its own right. They don't understand this because either they lack the self-awareness, or they have the ego to think they are a great comedian or media producer despite having no formal training and no natural talent.
I liked Doug (lowering my 8chan cred further), for example, when he'd just review stuff and make quick jokes about the material, but then the sketches started getting longer and longer, and after he tried to quit and still had his two actors on contract, the whole thing became unbearable Family Guy tier sketches. OKAY WE GET THE JOKE ALREADY JUST STOP WE GET IT. Then you stop being able to just forgive and skip the sketches and you realize that NC is just shit.
Linkara is probably even worse in terms of the sheer quantity of terrible OC. The guy could analyze stuff, but again he had an ego, and thought he was better than the stuff he was shitting on. There are compilations of Linkara storylines on Youtube that run to 9 HOURS of footage. 9 hours. You could use that stuff to torture people in Guantanamo. The only consolation is that Linkara had the sense to stuff his sketches at the end of his videos where nobody would watch them (except the people who make 9 hour compilations apparently).

People say like that is possible somehow. It would have been pretty easy to just say Chris is just too much of a trainwreck to be able to live independently, but let me elaborate. Chris has no skills or preparation for a job due to his late father telling him to live off monthly tugboat instead of attempting to have a minimum way job. Chris had little say in the matter as it was all Bob's idea to apply social security disability and it has been like that for as long Bob has been head of the house. Ignoring critics is probably one of the few things Chris did right as an artist. Sonichu was entertaining. Imagine how bland it could have become if Chris had conformed to critics. Every movie, book, even comic book series that has altered itself in order to appease criticism became 100 percent garbage. Ever seen the movie mallrats? Kevin Smith basically remade the entire movie based on the test audiences reaction. Rent the bluray with both versions on it. Tell me which version is actually entertaining and which one you could could have had sex during and still feel you missed nothing.
Golden rule, if it doesn't distract you long enough to temporarily turn off your sex drive during your first viewing of it, throw it in the trash. No one in a happy long term sexual relationship has ever rented reservoir dogs for the first time, and paused it to have sex. Same goes for reading an interesting issue of sonichu. Did you ever put one three pages in because your girlfriend was drawing circles on your chest with your index finger. Nibbling on your ear maybe I can see, but subtle clues probably didn't stop you from finishing the story first.
Chris is an accidental genius. His video exploits aside, his work itself is absolutely enthralling. That's why tonight I'm actually going to send him 10 dollars. No joke, and I couldn't give a rat's ass how he spends it.
I honestly do not understand why you all hate him so much. Especially the part of him that's dedicated so much time and effort to producing something that you enjoyed. You say that as if Steckley's intention was ever to be constructive towards Sonichu as a fictional work. Like many CA wannabes, his modus operandis was to find stupid things to rip apart and poke fun at and show other people how much this shit sucks, rather than telling Chris how to improve his shitty webcomic. Besides, Chris almost never heeded his critics to begin with; the only time ever did that was under pressure by Evan George to kill Simonla off and that was one of the many reasons why he dropped the webcomic altogether, due to his fantasy world being breached by outsiders.
What DStecks really wanted was an audience and a following but he got swept up by SocJus over some guilt complex from high school.
