3d printed heads plus Photoshop. I'm assuming the heads were actually made for some movie or something, although you can walk into a booth and get a 3d print of yourself to scale it's not that cheap to get the at scale heads done and painted like that.

Those are definitely 3d prints on the shelf, and the real guy hanging. That's all I can tell.
