The truth is that he seems to have a solid foundation in cartooning skills (assuming the faces and bodies aren't just traced from elsewhere) but then he ruins it with colouring that looks like he did it in just a couple of minutes.
It's like looking at a competently-drawn but weirdly fetish-y coloring book that a kid's already colored in. I honestly think it's better for him just to leave them as line drawings or even to scan them and color them in in MS Paint than what he's doing, unless that's the point, for it to look like a "I have the weirdest boner" coloring book.
