420chan mods/admins seem ripe for the trolling right now.
I generally don't care about the goings on there since I left years ago due to the mod faggotry, but it seems now is their yearly shitstorm where the mods are even worse than usual and the users and mods both all get really butthurt. I don't really know exactly what happened this time but now is the time to strike.
Trolling there is pretty easy, lots of easily offended sjw types due to all the gays and trannies. There are so many rules (rules page doesn't even have them all and many in practice extend beyond how they are stated) that flooding the report queue with legit/semi-legit reports is a walk in the park, don't even need false reports. Since they love to lock threads with even a hint of off topic we can waste a ton of admin time with off topic threads or derailing existing ones.
The best part about this is that we get to piss off the users and administration all at the same time. The tranny/gay boards have tons of camwhores that would be great lolcows. Even better, we can watch the butthurt in real time on their irc and the secret irc board. Just be sure to ip hop to be as difficult as possible to mass delete/ignore reports.

For example, the rules page says no RC sources (drugs not banned yet) but technically any info on where to get drugs is bannable. It is totally arbitrary too. Basically they just want to avoid the sites the mods/admins buy drugs from from getting publicity so they can get their fix, and keep household highs easily available. The only drugs you can provide source info on are those that will never be banned. One thing they really hate info on is over-the-counter codeine, which is legal though very hard to get in most us states. It is legal to order it to the US from canada and other countries with fewer restrictions, but don't mention ordering it from amazon.co.uk since if it catches on the law might change. Of course, the no sources rule doesn't apply to advertisers.
Something that they get especially buttmad about is linking to any chatroom or forum not under their control, except sites with even worse rules. To use the official tinychat you need to be logged into their irc at the same time and get the password, we can troll users and admins alike by gaining access and doing just about anything. They will shut down the room and get all emo over not having a virtual stoner circle.
The gay/tranny boards are filled with some of the best lolcows on the entire internet too.

/del/ drugs make users hallucinate realistic bugs like spiders. Most bug names wordfilter to mexican food but pics of scary insects will trigger them and you can always dodge the filter.

Anyway, I'm surprised no one has suggested mentioning the alleged secret /pedo/ board. I'm sure it will result in a ban unless done in a really sly fashion but it's a controversial topic that people are butthurt about.

Eh, I've never had a problem there since all I use is /wooo/, which is generally chill (although I think it's gone downhill since BarackSays became less active, that guy was the best). I don't have a problem with the rest of the site. Kirt seems like kind of a fag and Spardot's a bit unhinged, but it's not my problem.
That being said, if you're looking for cows, I recommend RedMachineD, or RMD, a chronic shitposter who no one there likes. I don't know much about him other than that he's morbidly obese and once fell over trying to play DDR.

My only experience with 420chan mods was back in September last year when I ran into a person on SS13 who was going on a tirade about how terrible 8chan was for various reasons such as "misogyny" and "transphobia" and at one point in their rant they let slip that part of the reason they hated 8chan so much was because they were a mod or something on 420chan and they had to deal with a lot of "spam" talking about 8chan.
My guess is that people were discussing it and they felt threatened by another smaller chan becoming popular and decided to censor any discussion of it halfchan style. I don't really know for sure but the way this guy was talking seemed very similar to the hysterical fits of a tranny typing. Of course there's no way I could know for sure but somehow I can almost feel that they were a tranny.
In other words I'm surprised there aren't more regular threads about the site since everything surrounding it seems to be trannies and other insane drama.
Now that's a lot of juicy shit and it's just the online stuff, I mean imagine what kinds of insane drama the drug addicted userbase would get into outside of the internet.
