I live in Houston and a ton of people live in garages here. They're often fitted to be fairly decent studio apartments. Part of the reason for this is because you don't get taxed for the property used for a garage, so renting out the space ends up being a pretty nice way for the home owners to make some extra money.

Sounds kinda like it'd be odd at first, but they're usually nicer than the regular apartments most people can rent.

I can tell you exactly how this stream started. The stream before ended after like an hour because they had nothing to talk about. They wanted it to go on but how with no material, being silent towards each other is no fun, and then we talked off-air and somehow the topic shifted to Kevin triggering people because he investigated after the Alison Prime thing. And then we just looked who this is, because it turned out there was a lot of lulz to be harvested.

Kelly actually joined back up later on, IIRC he wasn't there when we went life. Don't take my word for it though.
