The article is talking about irl name-calling and physical abuse. Like with the goth girl who was curb-stomped to death by a 15-year-old chav.

The odds that you're going to get traced by the police and persecuted on the basis of subculture discrimination for making fun of a diaperfur on furaffinity is next to zero.

How's life out there in Oceania? Remember, you are at war with EastAsia, you were always at war with EastAsia. Ready for your five minutes of hate? (against white males of course, to do otherwise would get you a trip to room 101)

Isn't this law discriminating against chav culture?

But the real question is, will they trace you if you make fun of those faggots? The Cringe Channel is fucked again.

They're publicly funded, meaning they don't make money off of your clicks. Might as well save the bother of an archive seeing as we here in Bongland are paying for it anyway.

>Greater Manchester Police was the first force to add subcultures as a category, and Leicestershire is the ninth.

The BBC does a poor job explaining to it's readers how many stations and what exactly their new laws or categories are or if they even apply to their internet division. There's a lot of clarification needed, and I'm sure the BBC is willing to provide the information if you ask kindly.

>Whilst many a subcultural scenester expressed enthusiasm for this streak of legal largesse, I wondered what such a gesture does for the credibility of a subpopulace that often makes a show of its anti-establishment credentials. Sure, perhaps the emo kids might feel less of an urge to “cross the street” knowing at least PC Pauline cares about them, but what of the proud punks, mulish metallers, and rebellious rivetheads whose ethe find echo in songs such as ‘Fuck the System’, ‘Fault the Police’, ‘Shock’, and ‘Bloodsport’: how do they feel about becoming the newest pets of the powers that be?

That's what I was thinking. Exactly how do these subcultures reconcile the fact they're now becoming radicals for the establishment?

Getting murdered and getting name called are two different things and that shit is just correlation. The people who talk shit about Jews on imageboards in my experience aren't the kind of people who go out and attack Jews. They do that shit on websites dedicated to it and with friends and family in person. If someone on Facebook tells me they are going to kick my ass I just laugh my ass off. Those guys at /pol/ who might go on a shooting spree are posting on /pol/ because of their beliefs. No one gets "red pilled" except autists and if they were violent reactions they would already have done something in the name of the last ideology they latched onto, like thrown paint at people wearing fur or joined antifa and went all hooligan. If you kill yourself over a being teased on social media then you probably had mental issues to start with and were at risk. Chris Chan and A-log haven't killed themselves. Even Peter Coffin is still kicking.

But aren't Goths supposed to hate most humanity anyway, and isn't the point of the way they dress to stand out against "sheep"? Billy Idol went with the name when everyone he suggested it to hated it, because they hated it.

It doesn't take that much force to curb stomp someone. You just execute a stomp like they teach you in defense, but instead of stomping the foot or the patella you do the head.

Video is done real carefully slowly and delicately. It's one of the few ways to break boards or even bricks without using spacers that literally anyone can do on day one. It's like dropping a 100 pound pound weight on someone's head. That can totally kill you.

>The article is talking about irl name-calling and physical abuse. Like with the goth girl who was curb-stomped to death by a 15-year-old chav.

Of course they take scary-sounding examples in their public press releases, they want possitive propaganda. See how easy it was to make you put name-calling and physical abuse in the same category.

Assult would be illegal even if it wasn't classified as a hate crime. The fact that name-calling is in there is insane, and could very well extend to the relm of the net.

>The odds that you're going to get traced by the police and persecuted on the basis of subculture discrimination for making fun of a diaperfur on furaffinity is next to zero.

Police makes stupid laws, don't make arrests because it would be pragmatically impossible, and life goes on. This is not something unique to this law. I don't think OP made this post because he actually was scared of this new policy, but rather because he wanted to mock it.

I attached the face of the goth who was murdered in case you're interested, but spoilered it to save you the rest of you the pain of seeing it.

See this is my concern. This law has very little power to actually help people, but no end of potential for abuse.
