Ashley Glass draws and writes much better, updates three times a week, only goes on hiatus at the end of a chapter, and maintains a buffer of dozens of pages in case something comes up. Diaz updates whenever, goes on hiatus whenever, and doesn't seem to have any kind of buffer but is still making $60k a year on Patreon alone. Clearly it's because he's a man.
