From what I remember, Thomas' shows are used to help autists with recognizing faces with emotions (some bullshit like that). I think lazy parents plop their autistic child in front of that show, and the child beccomes obessed with it like it's some sort of new reality for them. Becoming a fucking train.

I should ad that they are spending a fortune on therapy for him since he's recently regressed and it seems likely this regression is due to an abusive teacher. So his escapism seems logical. He went from being verbal to nearly none verbal. I think I'm one of the only people the little guys attempted communication with in a long time, and all he wanted from me was help up into a seat so he could watch that show on an iPod. Kids in a messed up place right now. I think something about the show helps them cope. I'm not certain that's a bad thing. I knew an autistic kid back in middle school who was OBSESSED with Jim Carrey. He liked to do the over the top expressions and stuff that Carrey does in his movies.

He'd always get really triggered when people told him he looked like McLovin from Superbad. It became an inside joke at my middle school. Shit was hilarious.

I also remember how he'd literally run to the cafeteria every day so he could get pizza. When seconds would be offered near the end of lunch he'd frantically raise his hand like his life depended on it. And if he didn't get any extra pizza, he'd loudly bang his head into the lunch table. I remember another time he got sent to the back of the lunch line for cutting through other people. He got super mad, and when I'd made my way to a table in the cafeteria, I could see the line for meatball subs slowly peter out. Then I heard a loud scream outside of the cafeteria.

Anyway, I'm getting off topic. I know of at least one autistic person who was a big Jim Carrey fan, though- likely cuz of the obvious facial expressions.

He's gotten thousands of comments calling him a serial killer over the years and he either doesn't care or is too smart to react.

He's definitely sees them, as he thanks people who leave compliments and answers questions in the comments. (He's also really polite).

What's more his family seem to be pretty level headed and supportive so even if someone actually succeeded, their reward would probably just be him vanishing from youtube.

He's even immune to just being observed and reported on as he puts out cocks so fast it's near impossible to keep up, and his archive of old cocks is far too large to trawl through. He's uploaded 5000+ videos some of which are over 4 hours long. One of these 4 hour videos is just part of what appears to be one continuous film which totals out at about 22 hours (this might not even be the longest one). We'd need a team of professional researchers to go through it all.

He's polite, reacts better to criticism than most creative types and seems (as much as you can say this about a man who makes Thomas the Tank Engine fan films that dwarf the entire Lord of the Rings saga) reasonably well adjusted.
