My theory is that he lost his job after talking shit about clients more than once in his streams. Even without identifying them, one of these companies could have been warned about it, and filled a complaint with his company, and now Lord Kat is facing the prospect of starvation because his shows don't bring any money.

He's getting blackmailed by Channel Awesome, probably because they got some dirt on him to ruin him. After all it would only make sense he's got quite a bit of stupid dirt on himself since he was part of that shitfest.

At least thats my theory.

After Jew Wario offed himself, he could've realized that it's actually possible for Spoony to do the same. When he originally told him to kill himself, he most likely didn't mean for him to actually do it, and just wanted to say something that would hurt him. Over the years, since Jew Wario's death, what he said probably kept eating at him, until it finally came to a head with this video.

The only I remember from Lord Kat is that he had some drama with a female fan, and his e-slapfights with Channel Autism.
