If you are talking about "overpowered" weapons like AWPs then I think just about everyone has done that.
My favorite thing to do (not just in CS:GO) is to take a weapon that the community finds to be "underpowered" and wreck people with it using whatever its strengths are. Whenever I do this, people on the server start using that weapon to see how I manage to do so well with it, and usually in a few months the forums are full of people crying for a nerf. It's great.
