Also here's a tip: if you have demofiles from a long time ago that don't work anymore you can still load them into a nosteam pre-summer 2010 CSS and they will work. Take for example this demofile I used was recorded in may 2009. SrcDemo² also is compatible if you want nice motion blur too.
