Also, it's not worse, it's different. Games are just more aimed towards males.

That's why I get a terrible headache when I tried the Oculus because it's calibrated by men for men, not for women.

Like we experience shit differently, and because gaming is dominated by male devs a lot of it is made to feel well towards men, and even though most games aren't immersive enough for it to really make a difference, when it comes to precise aim it gets a lot more noticable.

Which is why the COD scene has way more female pros than CS.

Men do some things worse than women, and vice-versa
There is a book, called "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps" and probably has some evidence for that.
I don't think that the OR thing is true, maybe it's based on who are you talking with. (ie. on /v/ it's filled with men complaining about the OR, and almost no women)
