Lecithin works very well to increase cum volume. Double or triple volume after a few weeks ime.

Not quite, Zinc needs Vitamin A to work, so if you take 50mg of Zinc it won't be used if you don't have enough Vitamin A. Vitamin A is RETINOL and is only from animal based foods, beta-carotene is not real Vitamin A and only has some effects of vitamin A and you have to be super healthy to convert any of that to the activated vitamin a (retinoic acid)

But it's not over yet, Zinc itself requires Copper for activation, so if you take 50mg Zinc, you also need to take 1-2mg of Copper, but be careful, Copper goes to another category (activation only ,etc) so you should not take more than 3mg and you should never take only Copper, you need to take it with Zinc, otherwise you may actually worsen your health if you take too much of something it's going to cause problem because there won't be enough of the other things that would use it.

But you can probably skip on copper here and there, it's probably going to make things worse if you take more than that per day, it's not like Vitamin C, you can take 50 grams of Vitamin C if your digestive tract doesn't get upset, the only thing you get from Vitamin C is liquid bowel movements, but with Copper it's more, it's not just copper, selenium too, and other rare minerals can get you in trouble if you overdose.

Bioavailability is something else, bioavailability is something like absorbtion ratio or effectiveness, it's a measure how much your body will be able to use from the amount you take, Zinc is in many forms, one of the most bioavailable forms is Zinc Orotate, followed by Picolinate i think, Gluconates are usually mass-production forms that have the worst bioavialability (almost none)

Basically if you take 50mg of Zinc Gluconate, 45mg might go down the drain. (idk exactly) Gluconates have very high shelf-life so that's why they're used for multivitamins in big cans that sit around for a long time.

Vitamin A (Retinol) and Zinc work together, but they probably have different reliances on each other, Vitamin A might work with something else in a larger way than it does with Zinc, and Zinc probably has other equal or smaller relationships … im just skinng the tip of the iceberg here, imagine a big network with all kinds of relationships big small and medium.

Vitamin C is kind of those special ones that can work by itself, but even that could be a speculation since I'm have ways to go, but I never heard any people saying that anything's needed for high-dose vitamin C, including pharmacist, and those who had cancer and took more than 50mg of C …. there's probably some stuff that if present would boost it's effectiveness but not required.
