Some people are less hairy in less places so they have less of a job, but at the end of the day it all comes down to how much you're willing to hurt or inconvenience yourself; you'll have courser hair in more places as you age, but provided you have the time and patience to wax/wet-shave/sugar (or don't mind getting it all laser removed) then your body can't grow hair as long as you keep up.
TL;DR: basic fitness rules apply (see >>>/fit/65583 for actual depth), staying hairless is a matter of trying to keep up and sacrificing as much time as it takes.
