I need to lose like 30lbs but I'm too embarassed to exercise in public. Assuming the house is empty, what are some cardio exercises I can do from say my bedroom?
I was thinking of jogging on the spot or those squats where you swing your arms backwards and forwards.

Kickbacks, assisted squats, hip abductions and standing calf raises are all possible exercises you can do in your room. Those will help with your lower body. Running up and down your stairs is also top tier. Don't forget to calculate how many calories your body needs to stay at it's current weight. Eat 500 calories less than that amount and you *will* lose weight regardless of exercise. You can do this easily anon, 30lbs is nothing. I actually lost 80lbs in the last seven months, looking to finish up the remainder soon. If you're worried about stretch marks or anything like that get bio oil and/or cocoa butter.

Nice work on losing that weight!
How do I find out how many calories I need to maintain my weight? Luckily my stretch marks aren't too bad, I've only got them on my legs close to where my crotch is. Hoping they'll become less pronounced as I lose weight though.

Walking burns exactly as many calories as running if it's the same distance, and it's also much better for your bones. If you have enough free time, that's a good alternative. If not that, then definitely do swimming instead. It's the least damaging cardio exercise you can do. Eating a better diet is also an essential part of losing weight, so stay away from high-calorie foods (but not to a level that will drive you insane, or you won't be able to keep it up for very long).

Well the usual best things you can do is improve your sleep schedule so you have some hours before work then go run in the early morning (i run at night because muh shame).
DRINK A FUCK LOAD OF WATER
Eat more meat less sides and shit look at bread and loose carbs as not food everything starts to come together when you start pre preparing meals and start balancing protein with fruits and veggies. Dairy is decent but don't over do it I drink a cup of milk about every 3 or ever other day gives you some good fats and carbs you might be missing out on.
Cardio is how you lose weight for sure especially when you got some stuff still hanging off you weights and resistance make you build muscle if you wanna be cute has to be very specific or not at all.
Make sure to eat regularly and digest food 2 hours before running (if you eat at all).

I wake up at 5:50a for work. I'm not going to run at 3:30 when it's 0-20f out the next 3-4 months.
>DRINK A FUCK LOAD OF WATER
In the morning I have a cup 1 cup of coffee ( and water) than I only drink water all day when I can. Soda was always a "with dinner" drink and unless I buy it, none is in the house. So as long as I don't enable myself, that stops being a problem. Pretty much the same with candy.
I get how people with white collar jobs can hit the gym after work, my friends do. I just can't. By the time I get home it's dark out, it's cold out and I already busted my ass for 7-9 hours, the last thing I want to do is go running.
I want to find a way to work it all out, that's why I'm hoping I already work out enough at work for it to be a non-issue. I'm sorry If I sound like I'm just making excuses.
I know realistically I'll never be the girly twink I wish I could be. I just don't have the body type. I have manly build. I still want to work to be slim and cutie though. I came to terms that I won't be like that, but I can still look good and still be cute. I have a few years of that left, I wasted enough of them being a fat fuck, and I'm not even that fat. It's not gonna make much of a difference as long as you're counting your calories, anon. The most important thing when losing weight is making sure you're getting all the nutrients you need with the limited amount of calories you're allowed each day.
Instead of focusing on what you should avoid, focus on what you shouldn't avoid. You need lots of protein to keep your metabolism strong so chicken or dairy is essential. Lots of vegetables along with a daily serving of fruit will cover all your vitamin needs. Carbs are pretty easy to come by but you can't go wrong with non-white rice or oats.
Edit: Also I notice that a lot of anons seem to dislike their belly fat when they really shouldn't. Fat is good! Not only does it make you soft and squishy, but it's also necessary for making your hips and ass as girly as possible.
Fat also produces estrogen.

Low-fat doesn't mean low body fat, anon. It means low cholesterol and saturated fats. Cholesterol produces a lot of testosterone and a low-fat diet aims to reduce your cholesterol levels.

Admin, I'm fairly certain intake of cholesterol has been proven (within reason) to not be overly correlated with production of cholesterol in the body. Which I'm assuming is what you meant by cholesterol production testosterone (rather than releasing it in digestion or metabolism).

High weight with low reps is better. Only 1-4 reps max, 2-3 sets max with like 2 minutes rest inbetween a set. Only 1 to 2 times a week. What this does is improve the neural part controlling the muscles, causing you to gain more strength, but it doesn't damage the muscle, basically preventing / minimising growth.
This is what i'm doing personally and so far it works great.
Cardio is what i focus on and i top it off with some weight training, basically covering the entire body training wise.
The exception to this is the glutes / legs. If you want them to be bigger then go with high weight, 8 to 12 reps, 3 sets with 30 to 60 seconds rest. Idea being to damage the muscle and let them recover by resting / eating (protein like chicken is key here to aid muscle growth).

Every time I see those charts I always think, this is sort of a lite version of what you should be doing to lose weight anyway. Cadio and calorie counting.
30 mins of cardio a day is what y'all should be doing anyway, and if that's too easy for you then bump it up to 45 or 60. Do intervals until you can jog at a decent pace. If you're too big to jog then walk for an hour a day until you can. Learn proper running form too. If you feel up to it the other exercises are always good too. Just make sure you do them correctly.
As for food you gotta watch your calories. That mostly means keeping away from too much fat and sugar. Monitor your usual meals for a few days and try to cut down on the shit so you don't have a surplus. There's lots of tools for counting calories, and they'll usually say what you should aim for to lose wait in a certain amount of time.
Honestly I think if you are of a healthy weight, shave your ass, and put on a skirt, you'll probably look cute.

Frying adds calories because the meat soaks up the fats in the oil. Grilling is healthier because there is no oil. You're still eating heart attack food, but the whole reason I even mentioned grilling was because that's what they put on the packet.

First time posting here, lurker with a status update -
I'm not really looking to become a cuteboy as I'm a little old for that (33), but I have followed some of the tips I've read on /cb/ for the last 3 months. I'm a bi man looking to soften the edges and be more attractive.
I'm 6'1" and started at 250lbs this time (all time high 270 4 years ago) and have lost to 205 mostly by slashing portion size and knowing what I'm eating. I've lost weight even having to eat out just by ordering small portions, even if it is 'unhealthy' stuff. At least until I get my weight where I want it (160-170) I'm focusing my diet on protein, not for muscle gain, but to trim fat as efficiently as possible and still feel full when I eat.
I started out shaving which grew back too quickly, tried epilating, but there would always be missed hairs. I have since started using a beard trimmer at it's lowest setting under my arms and around my dick, and backed it off to about 1/4 inch on my chest, and about 1/2 inch on my legs and arms. This leaves me haired, but not hairy with no pain and no extreme maintenance. Miss a day? Nobody will notice, not even me. My arm hair in particular was about average but since I never did anything with it, the length was annoying. Even shaving down to 1/2 inch was dramatic to me, but not enough for others to notice. I really like this setup and will maintain it.
About 2 months ago I started walking at a local park. From the start I never just casually walked, but kept a good pace for 1 lap (couple miles) every day. I think I'm still too big and undeveloped to handle full jogging or doing more than I currently am as my shins are killing me afterwards when I try. I jog on the front of my feet, not landing on the heel, which I've read is bad form. I have done some of the exercises Admin has mentioned in the past, but I'm honestly not great at keeping to it because once I get home I'm caught up in other things. This is a work in progress.
One of the largest areas of improvement has been my skin and fingers. I'd never used a loofah before and was skeptical, but I started using one early on, following the shower with full body lotion and holy crap what a difference. My knees are no longer rough and calloused, my legs and arms are smooth and even looking. I have a facial loofah that I started using about a month ago and that has virtually eliminated all problems there. I don't suffer from abnormal acne, but the occasional zit no longer happens. A side benefit from putting lotion all over my body is that my hands get drenched in the stuff, so where my hands (and fingers) were rough (and often cracked), they are now very smooth up to the fingers where they are almost never cracked anymore. I work with my hands with fine tools every day, so I expect that will never change.
I looked at some of the cuteboy conversion images with all the tips, and tried some of the supplements for a couple months. The only one I seem to have gotten an effect from was Pueraria Mirifica (head hair growth accelerated mostly). I am continuing to take some of the supplements in a relaxed dose as I run out of the products and won't be reordering. I guess these work for some, but not for me. I'm not looking to MTF, so I'm not pushing large doses of Mirifica or some of the edgier supplements. If I notice a change after tapering off, I'll look at restarting certain supplements.
Thanks all for the tips and inspiration. Keep posting those wonderful lewds.

I tried cooking that sugaring stuff for the first time just now.
I didn't cook it long enough I think, it's too runny at room temperature to knead. I took it off the heat when it was a light amber colour because I was afraid of burning it. Also I forgot to mix the ingredients before putting them on the stove, so that might've fucked me up too. I'm gonna leave it sit overnight anyway to see if it hardens up.
I'll try again and cook it longer next time.

Second attempt at cooking sugaring stuff:
I got it a darker colour this time that was close to amber because I cooked it on a higher heat. It was solid enough for me to pick it up and knead it but it was just a teensy bit too runny still for the purposes of waxing. I guess you really do have to go for that dark amber colour. I could try reducing the amount of water I use, that could cut down on the time it takes to cook. But overall I'm pleased with my progress. Attempt three should be successful.
Cleaning tip: Boil a kettle of water and pour it over everything that gets sticky, the wax will just melt off.
I almost got caught this time. My parents walked in just as I was trying to heat up the undercooked wax in the microwave. Luckily they were too busy arguing to notice me ;_;

>high sugar
As long as you don't go overboard. Too much sugar will fuck up your skin and make you feel like shit. Slightly higher than normal sugar consumption is good but you don't even need to go slightly higher. Just regular amounts of sugar is fine.
>high carbs
Yes. If you're building fat you want carbs.
>low saturated fat + low cholesterol
Yesx3xbajillion
Saturated fat is one of the worst things you can put in you
>chicken/fish only, no other meats
I think turkey is pretty good too but I'd have to double-check that. You can't do better than chicken and fish though.
>as much soy as possible + 2 cups spearmint tea/day
I dunno about this. I don't eat ANY soy. From what I understand the estrogen you get from it doesn't really do much but I'm not an expert so it's probably best to ask someone else.
>run 3 times a week, 30 mins each / 3 sets of 30 assisted squats
Running as often as possible is good. If you want to thicken yourself up you can just eat more to off-set the burnt calories. You should be doing more exercises than just squats but squats are prooobably the most important one.

As you lose more weight, the amount of calories you'll need to consume to lose weight will decrease. Cardio won't be a problem and from what I understand that's what you do the most of in boot camp so that'll be kay.
What you need to watch out for are any exercises that are going to target your upper body specifically. Your feminine figure is entirely based on gaining muscle ONLY below your waist to form an hourglass figure.
Off the top of my head you could try
1. Half-assing any upper body exercises whenever possible
2. Cutting calories. Losing weight makes it much more difficult to gain muscle.
3. Just gain the upper body muscle now and lose it later. It's not like it's permanent and muscle is super easy to lose if you just get lazy.
