Your ass is pretty good as is, so I don't know why you're worried about it. That anon is right though: a round jiggly ass mostly comes from muscle, not fat.
>"do squats, eat fats"
Not just squats, but also leg lifts, hydrants, glute bridges, lunges, light cardio and even yoga really help. I do these things and my butt is decently round and jiggly, not muscleman tier
And you need PROTEIN, not fats. Protein builds up the muscle in your butt after a workout, gaining mass. Fats won't do anything unless you have rare assbro genes.
>Not to mention, it's usually targeted at women, which kinda make me paranoid.
Like I said, I do these "womenly" workouts and yet I get good results. Nothing to be paranoid about.
