It's not impossible.

I have no real interest in food and just eat enough to not be a skeleton, then spend my days playing video games and lounging around.

I have about as much strength as a 16 year old girl, am just slightly underweight, and get to eat all the junk I want 3-4 biscuits a day at most because odds are high I'll get into a game and end up missing a meal at some point.

The trick is to just not be a complete glutton/grow up with very little and the lazy lifestyle works just fine when a single biscuit feels like a treat.
