Still confused, I'll clarify what I meant: will all the old threads and pre-"Event Horizon" posts be moving too? Or will they just remain here until old 8chan is shut down?

I know old 8chan is collapsing around us, but you'd think it'd be easier to delete all the empty boards and fix what is being used rather than restart from scratch on a hideous, broken beta.

I don't mind his grumpiness, my only gripe with him is that he's clearly in acting because he has nothing else going on and has no further interest. Kind of like when Gary Oldman said he acts cause he gets paid for it, it's disheartening to have heroes turn out to be mercenary.

Agreed, people watch Bladerunner for the amazing effects and visuals but I'm happy just seeing him smirk and be cute. Now that I think about it, he probably falls to 2nd place for Tom Hardy because I have a thing for big guys.

OT: This whole move has been a shambles from the start, there's always tons of misinformation and rumours flying, and if you look in a few /next/ threads Josh has a habit of asking for critique and advice then arguing with or banning any naysayers. It feels like the whole thing could have been handled way better, the only certainty seems to be that it's happening.

Even back in 80's interviews he admitted as much. He acts for the fuck of it and has no time for all the hollywood/paprazzi bullshit that comes with it. He's a grumpy old man because he's sick to death of being recognised for movies he did 30+ years ago. Imagine if 30 years from now Hardy is still getting recognised as Bane, it'd piss him off too.

Tom Hardy is pretty good but Jake Gyllenhaal is better.

I know, and I'm not slamming it, a lot of people just do things simply because they're good enough to be paid for it, acting shouldn't be any different. Just personally find it a little sad that a favourite childhood actor probably hates that he starred in the films I loved.

Use to agree, Nightcrawler killed my boner for Jake Gyllenhall. He was too damn good at being creepy and horrible, now I don't find him as cute for some reason.
