Depends on which style you like.

The traditional panties aren't particularly flattering to male genitalia so I prefer to go for hipsters/boyshorts because they've got a little more room for your junk. There's crotchless panties for easy access to his butt. If he has a big butt you're better off going for one of these styles than say, a thong, because it'll show off his curves better.
