okay, seeing how we don't really have one of these thought I'd post this

been trying different things & I've tried doing it but I keep falling back into bad habits

one thing I've found that I can stomach is a breakfast smoothie made using an apple, a cup of strawberries, and a half a cup of coconut yogurt

so, what's the /cuteboy/ diet?

 No.239538

>>239532

For cuteboys I'd do this:

Cut down on fish, potatoes and meat, LOTS of dried fruit (except raisins), flax seeds and sesame seeds, replace milk with soy milk, no coffee, just tea, C H I A S E E D S

I'm a big manly man so my diet consists of shit that kills estrogen and boosts T. I'll post that if anyone wants.

I could've swore I typed NO flax or sesame seeds.

why is coffee off the menu?

 No.239545

>>239544

Boosts t.

 No.239546

>>239545

from what I've read, it boosts T gained rather than just producing T

like if you drink it an hour b4 weightlifting it'll make you gain more testosterone than normal

but it does have some benefits

coffee naturally helps against DHT

and caffeine helps to burn a few calories

 No.239547

>>239545

on top of that if you drink a significant amount like I do it hurts T

 No.239550

True. I deal with a fuck load of diets man, Low T diets, High T diets, gluten free diets, a lot of shit, and you learn things. For example, you might be wondering why I said no flax or sesame seeds. they boost estrogen right? Yes. But every guy I've ever recommended them to has issues that relate to the seeds. Coffee is bad because it amplifies T levels more than most foods on the market.

Everyone is different, and it's hard to say, but the fag who thinks blocking testosterone and boosting estrogen will make him cute is fucked when he has no energy to do anything.

Also caffeine is bad for you. Like honestly cut back, drink decaf something, it's not good.

i'm mostly drinking caffeine because i'm currently in school

probably going to drop it 100% as soon as i graduate

Why don't you just ask me to shoot myself in the head? Isn't doing squats and cardio 3 hours a day punishment enough?

People seem to have a wrong idea of how to get a feminine figure. Unless you are on the chubby side, the diets suggested here is pretty wrong and will likely end up making you look like a bony skeleton. A feminine body has shapes, meaty thighs and ass - you don't get that from eating strawberries and flax seeds all day.

Of course it's fine to focus on foods that contain or boosts estrogen, but you need some solid, filling food along with it. I have always had a diet consisting of 60% vegetables, 30% meat/fish and 10% pasta/rice/potatoes. It might slightly vary sometimes, but in those scales you will get the vitamins and fat you need, without loosing control of your weight in either way.

That diet, along with workout will definitely help you on the way to a sexy body. :>

I figure this is the place to ask…

So, I'm not trying to change my appearance. I do want to take off some fat, though.

Anyway, my problem is that I've been having gut pains and, infrequently, diarrhea. It's uncomfortable, it's hard to stay regular, and I rarely find myself in the mood for butt stuff anymore.

I get most of my meals at a cafeteria, and I'm usually in a hurry, so I'll get a bowl of soup and a sandwich/burger/pita/etc with a cookie or something. I've decided to consciously eat more fruits/vegetables and less sugary, greasy, stuff, but is there anything in particular I should eat/avoid?

Also, I don't drink coffee, period, and 95% of the time I just drink water or carbonated water. Thanks for any advice.

 No.239689

Why not just eat a high protein/fat diet and work out? I don't want you guys going for extreme feminine figures! Not good for your health and I like boys to be boys.

what's a good diet to go along with a starting exercise routine

Sugar makes me feel kinda sick. Dried fruit also tends to be really bad for your digestion.

I'm already eating vegetarian more than half the time so I guess I got meat and fish covered (I mostly eat fish anyway). Also already drinking lots of tea and soy milk.

I do eat seeded bread though. I guess I should stop that then?

What are chia seeds though?

Have at least three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. People think skipping breakfast is a good idea to lose weight, but it can actually make you gain weight and on top that, it leaves you tired and lacking of energy.

In my case, I eat a bowl of müsli with milk or yogurt every morning, and a pear, banana and sandwich with a meat filling for lunch. Dinner is often something with chicken and lots of vegetables - like a stir fry wok, fish or other lean meats. I rarely eat red meats like beef.

Basically any vegetables and meat you want, but cut down drastically on food that contains starch such as pasta, rice and potatoes mainly. Also cut down on regular white bread and go for other alternatives like the dark variants, or the ones containing kernels of different kinds.

Workout should be cardio related if you wish to get a smaller body and to lose body fat.

a variety of mint, the seeds are quite popular for food.

honestly, i'm not a huge fan because they have a tendency to 'jellify' if you throw them in a smoothie or something

I'm not an expert, but I'd recommend increasing your fiber intake. Fiber is what pushes things through your digestive system, clearing it out and making sure things don't stick around for too long (which sometimes can lead to some symptoms you listed). Make sure you're eating at least 3 meals a day also, to regularly get poop out you have to be eating regularly, and a high fiber breakfast of say steel cut oatmeal (as a recommendation I take mine with raisins or some other fruit) might be helpful. Another thing I'd suggest is getting some yogurt or fermented foods in your diet to encourage the growth of probiotics in your gut, especially if you've been having diarrhea which can disrupt their presence. Probiotics help with the processing of foods by breaking them down so your body can absorb nutrients and things, which can prevent gas buildup and alleviate intestinal pains.

They're very nutritious, when i still ate them, i would throw them in a bowl with some fresh fruit, some soy milk and granola.

And hey, tall isn't bad, for me at least i don't mind. I would recommend, its good for someone who needs those nutrients n' shit. Gotta become cute my dude.

also mershota
