Mens shoulders are very broad usually, so you need to distract from that by making your waist appear wider than it is. For example, a dress that's narrow at the chest area but gets wider lower down. I dunno how you'd accomplish that effect with boys clothes though, but pushing your chest forward and your shoulders back can make your form look a lot more feminine.

to add onto the shoulder thing. big woolly sweaters usually hide your shoulders pretty well.

I personally don't like hair accessories like in OP's pic. Buttoned clothing is cool. For shoes, I like sneakers or boots (as long as they don't look too classy). For coloring you should probably go for pastel-type things. That means no fully saturated colors (like pure red, green, blue, yellow, etc.) unless it's summer.

See what you like for yourself. I don't really like a lot of female clothing because it's usually very fiddly with a lot of bells and whistles, but there's usually some nice stuff there too.

Try different stuff out. Develop a taste for things.

Pink is also pushing it, but that sweater would definitely look cute in another light or pastel color.

Baggy pastel sweater + slim fit pants + some thick rimmed glasses + medium length mussed hair = as adorable as you can look without looking like a tranny or a mincing faggot.
