The only reason people live in Portland is because they are sexual deviants, or they are tolerating the deviants. These people will say anything and everything to you to get their way and to hide their embarrassing secret - because everyone in Portland is actually really embarrassed of their disgusting hobbies. Or maybe look up the statistic that portland is number 1 in the US in sex trafficking right next to atlanta. I haven't been to Atlanta but I shutter to think of how corrupt that shit is.
