What I think makes a penis look good certainly isn't a woman's opinion of it.

A penis looks good as long as it is cared for. I personally like shaved / closely trimmed with nice proportions.

As long as it isn't dirty, completely unkempt or covered in bumps then dicks look nice.

Penis's can be ambiguous depending on how it's taken care of.

If it's hairy and rugged, it looks manly, not particularly fond of that.

If it's shaved, smooth and clean looking, it looks extremely cute and delicious.

For me, I love fixation on the glans, especially when it's smooth and shiny. Dried up is gross, but with a little polish and shine the glans looks amazing.
