There's a gradient though, not all piercings are bad. A bara guy with arty tats and a nipple or cock piercing should be seen as adventurous and manly. A femmy faggot with a meme-y tattoo that's funny for about two minutes and a face full of shrapnel is what you need to watch for. Also dyed hair is adventurous and fun and not a red flag provided they don't have a liberal arts degree.
As for actual red flags:
>Treats you differently (or acts very differently) around friends. Chances are he's some degree of fake, either towards you or his friends.
>Bitchy gossip about everyone. He can't be trusted with secrets, because as soon as he's mad at you that shit is getting spread around.
>Non-committal on everything. If he only ever says "Maybe" or "We'll see" then he's a flaky fuck who'll sooner keep letting you down than give you the truth.
>Exaggerated fag mannerisms. It's fine to be yourself, but speaking in a forced nasal tone, flailing your limbs when you talk and a lack of an indoor voice is just fucking annoying and gets old fast.
>Vanilla is his favourite. Vanilla isn't a fucking flavour when it's by itself and anyone who says otherwise is mentally handicapped.
