What kind of body do you want?

Either way, If you want to become a twink you have to become soft vegetarian, If you wanna be stronk you gotta bulk.

That's for f00d, about exercise though.

If you want muscles and gains you do weights and stuff like that, if you want lean body, you have be a cardio bunny.

Either way, what I usually use is the tabata training thing.

is basically:

>Work out hard for 20 seconds (any set of exercise)

>Rest for 10 seconds

>Complete 8 rounds

My recommendation is to do exercises that target your butt.

One set of tabata reps with every one of those exercices

if you really wanna go out of your way into some kind of sport or something like that, I recommend arab dancing. Oh well that's what I do, but you can do what you want.

I mostly do it because it seems to be the few exercises where you can do ab style exercises and not get a blocky turtle square torso (also you should avoid some ab exercises for that reason. More info: https://www.t-nation.com/training/tip-avoid-these-waist-widening-exercises). Pic related, I want a torso like that!.



For cheap meat, it's best to go to CostCo, BJ's, Sam's Club, etc. and buy a 10 pound bag of skinless, boneless, chicken breast. They usually cost only $20. Do NOT try to buy frozen chicken breast from ALDI, that shit is absolutely disgusting.

You don't. Motivation will never last. Instead of relying on someone so fickle, you should cultivated discipline and raise your willpower. That's what will get you through all of the workouts where motivation will be absent.






motivation is fleeting at best. a routine is only as effective as it is on your bad days which is why you should focus on building a lifestyle & habits where it takes more effort to stop than to keep going.

I rarely exercise those parts so I can't talk for myself but here are 2 threads thats may help you:



if you wanna be lean but with some big muscle part in your body, I recommed you lowering the percentage of body fat ( according to https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/body-fat-percentage/?t25=true) by:

1. Eating a caloric deficit

2. Lifting heavy things

3. Incorporating Sprints into your off days

4. Eating less than 100 grams of carbohydrates per day

5. Following a diet that resembles the Paleo Diet

6. Work out while fasting

tl;dr: Lift a lot, cut body fat

dieting and exercise are not an activity that you do for a while then put down - if you want to lead a healthy physical body and mind, it is an active participation in respecting and loving your body.

drinking more water creates a feeling of fullness.

all in all, fitness and mental health can be summed up:

Maybe not a healthy habit but I learned to go trough that suffering and annoyances by failing a lot like you.

After a while getting used to stop eating and exercisisng a lot became an habit and now is pretty easy to me to maintain my routine.

I would say, keep trying and maybe failing, but you have to keep doing it until you no longer think of it as an impossible task that you only repeat once a year.

I definitely second that once you get a routine going, it becomes very simple to follow. I've been exercising routinely for 5 years and I achieved the goal I want and now just exercise to stay in shape and maintain it. :)

I mainly did/do exercises that focus on my lower body. Squats, Donkey Kicks, Leg Lifts, Reverse Leg-Lifts, Bridges, etc. It was never my goal to look ripped, just to add a bit of size to my lower half as I used to have quite thin legs in high school.

Either way sounds like the thing you have you sort yourself rather than throwing money away to people to help you.

You have to experiment a lot what works better for you.

I recommend trying a lot of foods that never went trough your mind trying, maybe sports until you find one you like, even maybe steroids, etc.

brown rice is a good carb & a cheap way to supplement meals. the biggest problem i can think of is that it's very filling so it can make it hard to eat enough if you're trying to get bigger.

Not a cute boy but I did my first boxing class/hour on Thursday and my body is still in complete agony but I'm looking forward to next time.

Planning to jump rope today, for me it's more pain but it's the only exercise I've somehow come to love and enjoy. I recommend jumping rope for anyone looking for a cheap cardio exercise or alternative to running, only been doing it for a couple weeks but I'm satisfied with my progress.

Excess sugar is unhealty.

Just get rid of the diabetic ammounts you add to your coffee and candy and you will be fine.

How do I get a body like A4? I'm currently somewhere between A1 and B1 if I had to place myself in the chart. Actually I look pretty good but I'm getting old and I don't know how much longer I can hold out. I'd rather get ahead of the curve and get ripped now before it's too late.

My job is pretty physically active, I'm in constant motion all day and burn a lot of energy probably. After work I only have 2 hours free time so gym is out of the question. Can I achieve this just through bodyweight exercises alone and what should I eat and when?

One meal a day + a minimal breakfast, 50% vegetables in my main meal, Spend an hour a day trying not to hit myself in the back of the head with the skipping rope i bought now since winters hit and cycling is no longer viable. Its amazing how quick even a fatass can adjust to the diet of an anorexic dude.

the exercise. maybe if i did it for like a solid 5 minutes or so i think id feel it, but like a minute of it just feels weird on my knees.

as for the rope, ive got this flimsy little plastic thing with no weight to it and im wondering if an actual length of rope would be better, or maybe a fancy rope where its essentially attached to a wheel at the end of the handle so it can rotate freely.

A paper published entitled "Lower limit of body fat in healthy active men" in the Journal of Applied Physiology puts it at 4%-6%. Keep in mind that not all of this fat is subcutaneous.

Bodybuilders don't stay that lean in the off season because it requires a pretty restrictive diet that may cause some muscular atrophy.

The general rule of thumb is that if you think something is unhealthy, it probably is, second tule of thumb is to check the nutrition value of the products, also you can download an app to keep track of all of that.

If you want entertaining exercises or tasty foods you can eat so you won't feel like shit for having to follow a diet, ask as well (spoiler, you really want to experiment with diferent types of home made broth and buy carbonated water).

I posted an exercising app a few posts above (if u have an adroid device) thatps pretty good a nd a lot of it doesn't require any equipment, at least most of it.

I wouldn't recommend doing exercise on the floor, like abs exercise or butt bridges (that are very good for a better butt) if U dont have a mat, you're gonna destroy your back



Also girl butts and boy butts develop differently because the way fat distributes in the body.

If U want a bubbly butt, I'd recommend looking up workouts that engage the edges of your glutes.

I forgot to mention that these apps basically tell you what to do, how, how many times, and explain each exercise, and they also make you do different ones everyday, so your body doesn't get used to a single routine, for better results.

I'm probably going to become a vegetarian very soon because I've always wanted this tbh. I'm still young and I know I can do this. I already have tried being a vegetarian as a fad when I was younger and I did it for about two years (partially because of a cholesterol scare I had).

Yes I did. I hurt all over tbh. This is the first time in months I have done an actual excersize and I must say though, the mental focus I had after the workout felt great. I'm not sure what it is that I felt but it felt great.

I did squats, situps, leg raises, and push-ups (20 for each) and I finished with a 7 minute jog (not sure of the distance tbh).

Bro-tip: Buy a pull-up bar. Seriously, pull-ups/chinups are god-tier bodyweight exercises and you can probably incorporate rows with them too. Plus, hanging leg raises and L-hangs can target your abs.

I've only been working out for about a month at home with some bodyweight exercises and by far the most advancement I've seen was my shoulders/back by doing pullups/rows.

I’m 5’8, and I’m obese(101.7kg, 16 stone). I’ve started going t the gym 2-3 times a week, doing a few minutes of jogging on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the rowing machine(achieving around 5500m nearly every time the past few sessions). I’ve been mainly eating chicken breast for dinners, and ham sandwiches(about thirty calories per slice, pretty lean) with no butter on granary bread, and I’ve been eating usually around 1000 calories per day, some days when I’m eating with family it’ll be just less than 1500, but I’ve heard going vegetarian is best for my goal; to become a cute feminine twink. I just need dietary advice really, I know what I should be doing with exercise.



high protien for muscle retention, but you need to balance that with your carb needs and your micronutrients, also fiber.

While I do love the aesthetic and look of the typical femboy body, I'm a bit wary of what >>387531 said about having to be a soft vegetarian in order to achieve that mainly due to what I've seen/heard of the energy levels in people who eat that way in my own life, or lack thereof. For instance, a couple cousins of mine who were vegans for a while recently switched back to being omnivores after not getting the energy they needed to do their daily activities somewhat recently and have said that they feel much better after doing so. There are obviously exceptions to what seem like the rule with guys like Cory McCarthy who are in great shape yet aren't omnivores but it seems like by and large, omnivores just have more energy from what they eat than vegans or vegetarians do. Are they just not dieting properly? I know almost nothing about diet or exercise in general so if someone could clear this up for me in a way that actually makes sense, that would be great.



a truly healthy vegan diet requires you to actually know what the fuck you are doing in order to not be malnourished, vegetarian less so because youre not swearing off all animal products.

when it comes to losing weight you can eat anything and lose weight if you eat only so many calories of it, what you eat does however effect body composition, which in turn effects metabolism. you shouldnt diet on a vegetarian diet because the less protein you eat the more muscle mass you will lose in addition to fat. the longer this goes on for, the more drastic the effects and the lower the actual caloric consumption of your body will be, lowering the effectiveness of your diet. a good diet will balance your macro and micronutrient needs within a good caloric defecit, allowing you to lose weight while staying healthy. for that, i personally suggest a high non-starchy vegetable content to your meals and a generous portion of meat, preferably white meat. typically speaking, my meals look about 40% veg, 40% meat, and 20% some carb. also take vitimin C supplements, its easy to get ill on a prolonged diet.

Damn, thanks for all that, anon. I guess to clarify, I'm not exactly looking to lose weight since I'm currently 5 ft. 10.5 in. at around 135 lbs and am pretty thin as it is (pic related). I'm trying to decide whether I'd rather be lightly toned or just straight feminine in terms of looks, but either way, I'd like to get into some kind of shape. And I take both vitamin C and D supplements daily so at least I'm doing that right, lol.

Hows everyone doing? I'm on my first day of a 3 week water fast, trying to become a cuteboy feminine from 16 stone at 5.9. Also bought a gym membership a few weeks ago been going 2 days a week gonna start going 3. Wish me luck!



good luck fam. if youre going super low calorie though make sure you get serious about your nutrition. low calorie diets work for sure but if you arent careful you might wind up with deficiencies.

Start with knocking every desert or unhealthy snack on the head. Eat healthy. Shoot for 1500 kcal a day. Count every last kcal and weigh everything you eat. Drink nothing but water.

You can probably lose 1-2 lbs a week like that if youre moderately active. Also do resistance training if you wanna make this a lot more efficient and tip those muscle to fat loss ratios in the right direction.

Weigh yourself weekly with every variable you can think of accounted for (including food and water intake and waste). if you ever dip below 1 lbs loss a week, youve fucked up somewhere and you need to figure out where.
