It would be considered draconian/a harm upon a very large industry if the government would do that in a court of law. A MAJORITY of people in the United States would look at a ban on something like that is too much of the government reaching into fair business. Just wouldn't happen.

They contradict themselves multiple times.

Their 'hypothesis' is not stringent, their understanding of the topic marginal at best.

They admit that they're using this to make people aware of human trafficking and prostitution.
