Have it maintain the shape of a dog (probably a service dog so I can take it anywhere) most of the time to avoid arousing suspicion. Whenever need be, I can combine with it to essentially become the T-1000 from Terminator 2.

My abilities are not overt and obvious so as to result in getting dragged into fights with others who have powers; my strategy is subterfuge and patience while everyone else is killing each other in the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. I collect data on a target and then figuratively and literally stab them in the back when they least expect it. Being able to appear as anyone (even mimicking their fingerprints/retinas/DNA) will aid in this.

Even if I don't feel like taking over the world or hunting down other symbiote users, I'll be able to lay low and live a fairly normal life in the shadows by faking my identity.

I deliberately avoiding taking Super-Science because it's OP. Seeing how all the other powers must be within the realm of science (else they wouldn't exist in that universe) this power enables accessing ALL the other powers.

Easy.

Step 1: Hack into the DARPA servers and post a message that you are a genius, can hack their servers on a whim, and would love to work for them.

Put together a file-dump as insurance, and agree to work for them. They protect you with the combined might of the entire united states military while giving you unlimited funding to build weapons, starships, ect.

You build immortality devices, mind-swapping devices, and a starship in your spare time when you're not building weapons. Eventually, you use your combined tech to leave this planet and seed other worlds with life, journeying as an immortal overseer of our precious galaxy.

But on the other hand, Super Science is the only one with limits. And don't say the limits are not THAT clear yet. Just the fact that there ARE limits is enough. While magic could, in theory, grant literal godhood. Same for spirits but it would probably require you to bend over backwards for many of the more powerful ones. I think the obvious choices here are magic or ki. Symbiotes is a close second but eh. I'm sure I can just magic that.

Explain. I don't get your magic. I could say the exact same thing about magic, only more so. I am absolutely certain there are magic rituals possible to increase your intelligence to godlike levels, to channel spirits (ESPECIALLY this one), unlock access to ki, change your genetics AND generate symbiotes but I think that one is rather redundant at this point.
