Well, the jerk who designed Life's Blood won't let me turn myself into a little boy again, just as far as a pimply-faced awkward 12-year old, so I'll go with 15 points into Shifter's Phases so I can just do it anyway. Ha! Loopholes. I can also turn into any animal or anthro and embrace my inner furfag. Or turn into a random person and get away with any crime. Or considering a previous level mentioned changing weight, alter my mass to something big and HULK SMASH! This ability is infinitely useful; freely altering my biological form also makes me biologically immortal and very difficult to kill with anything short of a large explosion.

Then I'll throw six points into Wanderer's Treasures, because a couple ounces of gold is a few thousand dollars' worth. Just a few hours of digging per week and I'll be able to live well.

The rest doesn't matter. I guess one point into Dead Man's Dance because rum is good and energy is better. Also three points into Windows to The Soul to make it an even 25 points because why NOT spend them all. Being able to give people subliminal commands could be useful, too.

So now I have become the most unlikely character: a rich and immortal shota alcoholic with great charisma.

Put 15 points into Shifter Phases.

Put 6 points into unlocking Life's Blood to level 3. Level 4 is useless thanks to Shifter Phases and, thought it'd be massively useful, I wouldn't have enough points for Level 5 anyway.

4 points left. 3 of those go into Windows to the Soul, so I can sway people with but a stare.

Last one goes into Dead Man's Dance, so I'll never grow tired. Assuming that the effect can take place during the day, that is.

I can now live forever, go anywhere and do anything I want. Finding enough blood will be a hassle, but as I can just turn into some animal and go around killing criminals on death row or something, I'll be fine.
