We're talking about every woman immediately producing several gallons an hour, requiring multiple milkings a day. The breast growth would kick in slowly though, leading to months of aching breasts and moaning girls.
I'd want their nipples to grow out first though, each of them slowly (and agonizingly) filling out to the length of a mans thumb, but thicker, becoming more sensitive than their clits as they grew.
