I read a lot of posts on CYOC.net, and shifted over to Writing.com for some of their interactive stories. Low effort content, I know, but there are some golden apples hidden away in those trees.
On the writing side, I don't write much at all. Mostly 'AR' stuff, involving people getting (pai)loli'd. I write way too much happy stuff for people to remember it for long, even myself (though if I seriously dug through /d/'s archives I could pick out some old posts). I'm currently trying to refine an idea about a secret cabal that sends out blow-up dolls to lonely men. So I'm thinking of hosting my content on my own, designated site. It's pretty niche and I have it scattered across multiple sources, mostly random pastebins I simply repost the links to, as well as dA. I have no idea how to go about creating a personal page for this kind of thing. I know Oblimo has a PB works site which I know nothing about, and others use blogspot. I'd rather not keep them solely on literotica or something of that ilk, just because I don't want to call that the "home". Any suggestions of how best to host my stories independently of other sites?

I know this is a bit of a niche of a niche, but I like stories about women becoming more powerful than everyone around them. This can manifest itself in several ways; usually these kinds of stories focus on muscle growth, but I'm also attracted to giantess and weight gain stories for pretty much the same reason, as well as the (sadly) incredibly rare intelligence gain genre.
