If you are going to make a post promoting your board you need to stick to on topic threads and post content with it. Do not just drop your link and run, do not make a whole thread just to promote your board. Because people seem to feel the need to spam their boards I'm going to impose a minimum number of relevant, decent quality, images you need to post with your link. I'm thinking five but I'm open to feedback. I don't mind people talking about other boards but you need to actually contribute to this board too.

Since there doesn't seem to be any objection I've gone ahead and updated the official rules list. If you are going to promote your own board you must post five images and a description with your link. If you are going to link a board you don't own/mod you must include an image, a description, and have at least two other relevant posts in thread.

Dumping images is a lot easier, so threads aren't going to have as many posts as 4/d/ threads.

There's also the question of other boards for fetishes, so they might go other places instead.

That's part of the reason I want people to actually contribute to the board instead of just trying to steal visitors. I don't like the idea of a blanket ban and if there's a board full of relevant images it really shouldn't be a problem to post some here.

There's also the fact the previous owner ran most of the exodus bros off the board with his bullshit, then some of the holdouts who agreed left when I took over and allowed futa.

For me personally, it's like 8chan makes creating your own board almost too easy. It was very tempting to just post on a board I "own" (even though it gets no visitors), rather than contribute to what I perceive as "some other guys board". With 4chan posting on /d/ never felt like propping up someone else. Hopefully most people don't feel so selfishly about it (as I do).
