There was a manga I found months ago, about this kingdom where there was a years-long famine and to stop the people rioting the royals gave money to people who donated body parts to be eaten. This had the combined effect of giving the poor more money, more food and less strength. People even sent off living or recently deceased relatives, and some people volunteered to be eaten? There was a storyline with the princess experimenting on bodies (medically more than sexually, but it was mostly on naked girls, so I guess you could just ignore the fact that the tops of their skulls were missing) and some weird punishment game thing that protesters to the body donation law were put through. Also some girl found Jesus, who told her to shit everywhere. And she did.

Anyway, I tried looking for it just now but couldn't find it. I wasn't able to finish it before because it is just too awful. No bestiality that I can remember though.

And while it isn't a manga, Dual Phase is probably the worst VN I've ever tried to get through. It's about loli identical twins who fuck each other with giant dildos everywhere. In the shower, in the park, in hospital somehow. There's also some pee thrown in.

You have to play through it a few times to get all the content - if I remember correctly the first playthrough is linear, but on the second you can change it so one of the twins ends up murdering the other? Or maybe just stabs and disables her, because I remember her being in a wheelchair or something. Also, somehow one of them ends up being gangbanged, despite them being all "I love you, I only want you" the rest of the time.
