It is like lesbian porn. If there is no risk involved, if it's all symmetrical from a soul aspect, then there is no chance for a change. That there are tentacles involved, even dicky ones, doesn't really changed that central aspect. It's two girls or more girls without a "dick" between them.

From context I'd guess there's a definite impregnation element.

These aren't exactly humans; even if they started out that way, who knows what they are now?

I'd guess they either impregnate these women or corrupt them to become like themselves.
