2) Mark social threads with [SOC] in the Subject field.
3) Mark adventure threads with [ADV] in the Subject field.
4) Trolling an [ADV] thread = ban.
5) The 4th Edition is slightly tolerated, at best.
6) Yes, you can swear all you want, but don't post nudity/porn/Rule34 - this is a SFW board.
7) Try to keep the system-versus-system threads to a minimum.
8) Avoid shitposting, or we'll send a gibbering mouther to lick your face while you sleep.
9) Yes, if you encounter a rust monster you are screwed.

I need good ideas for NPCs, /dandgeneral/.
My ADV is on Zakhara, the southern continent in Forgotten Realms. It's a story involving a race to find an old item, in which one of the sides racing is a local provincial government, that is basically enslaving the local people to work and find that item.
I already got the governor, I need good ideas for 3 of his officials and 1 local character to help the group out.
PCs are levels 9-10, 5 member group (1 tank, 1 healer, 2 DPS, 1 bard).
