General Blue WAS a pedophile, though. He was obviously and uninhibitedly crushing on that one boy from Arale's village who was IIRC around Goku's age.

They made Blue into an outright pedo in the Penguin Village cameo in the anime.

That said, I don't think they ever hinted that Ten was a pedo. Toriyama even stated in an interview that after Z, Ten finally allowed Lunch to settle down with him and they started a farm or something.

Oops. What he said on Blue. Already mentioned. I don't know if Toriyama intended him to be a pedo in the manga, but from my viewings of manga and anime, "pedo" seems to be a more flexible concept in Japanese culture anyway.

In a somewhat related note, if you watched the dub and heard the very adult voice they gave Oolong, you might be fooled into thinking Oolong was a pedo.

For the longest time, I thought Oolong was in his 30s or even 40s, but it turns out he was supposed be a kid pigman, since in Jump interviews at the time, Toriyama stated his age as being similar to Goku, so he wasn't really too much older than those "girls" he kidnapped.

People think Chiaotzu is younger because of the way he looks, and that Oolong is older because of the way he sounds.

I think in order to answer this you need to determine what the hell Chiaotzu is supposed to be. Why is he a prince in that one movie? Why does he make weird sound effects like a robot in the anime? Is he one of those weird asian vampires? If so, he could be like a thousand years old.
