Digipen has a lot of dirt on them they don't want leaked.

They're the kind of entity that if legal action was taken against them I'm sure they'd try to settle out of court because they don't want their dirty laundry aired.

It was King 5 news station, so Seattle. Not as local is Redmond.

I thought DP was totally crazy corrupt. There was a time I spent fighting the system more than I was doing my work because of insane the admin/faculty was.

I'm trying to remember how many faculty members were fired in the 3 years I was there… It was at least 5. Is that not ass bonkers?

Faculty and Admin have a lot of skeletons in their closet. For example, Portnow would fuck up and a lot of students would complain. A regular school probably remove this professor, but since Ellinger brought him on it would make him look bad to see the man he thought was so great get fired.

The real reason though to get the news involved and hopefully open up an investigation is that I believe that Digipen was not worth the money and that you should get to have your tuition forgiven. I was a BAGD though and that degree was a joke, I think Digipen new it as well and just packaged it in a way that they could make money off of naive students.

RTIS I believe is the only real degree at DP, but I also feel you might be better off getting a CS degree at a proper University.

I've literally never met anyone outside of freshman who are afraid to openly talk shit about digipen where shit is spotted. The reason people are "afraid to comment" isn't because they're afraid of the digipen gestapo, but because they're too polite to tell you that you dropped out because you are an idiot, not because it's the school's fault for not holding your hand the way your special needs sheet says you need it held

In 3 years, only class I didn't pass was GAT250. I dropped out because A: I moved and B: the school is fucked and when I actually stood up and talked to faculty and admin they just turned a blind eye.
