UW doesn't have as good of an alumni network. It also seems like DigiPen grads are generally more well respected/have an easier time getting a food in the door. There's also baggage, since they have a reputation for being kind of bigheaded.
UW grads will probably be fine as well, but the DigiPen name carries a lot of heft.
