So I found a Tivoli Henry Kloss Model One at the thrift store for $10 and it works pretty good but I get occasional popping sounds maybe once every four or five hours (which probably explains what it was doing at the thrift store). I'm probably going to have to open it up, I'm thinking I might just spray it with an air canister but is there anything else I should look into?

check for any bulging capacitors. If its bulging, they're bad and need to be replaced. sometimes its just from interference. But chances are its shitty caps.
