The TUAT one is legit bad and I don't just mean because I dislike the special it's adapting; Cornell has written brilliantly before but he really bungles the whole thing. It's mawkish and somehow both under AND over written; he glides by stuff that a novelisation should be developing but spends ages on pointless descriptions and diversions.

So. Worst Who ever. Best Doctor Who actor? Maybe. Worst script writer? For sure (Gattis you too) The Wardrobe? The Superhero? The Two Masters? Yup. Moffat you've penned some howlers. Firstly to mess up a pretty good part one with, again, a misdirection and false ending seems to be a pattern here. Secondly to reintroduce a former master Scooby Doo style and get away with it Genius. To then screw up this accomplishment? A Moffatism. To kill off Bill. Kill Bill. Awesome. Then to have her resurrected by a magic puddle? Moffatism. To have the Doctor turn in to Billy the Kid with his Scewdriver? A Moffatism. To have the Doctor pause his regeneration? A Moffatism. Oooh. I am Regenerating. I do not want to. Stops Regenerating. Starts regenerating again. Oh I do not want to. Parks Tardis, puts hands in snow. Stops regeneration. Snow delays or stops a regeneration? Who Knew? No respect for your audience and fan-base Mr Moffat. Trying to pull the heartstrings by a sizzle reel of all the loved ones of Nu WHo. Cheap. Quoting Tennants departing line. Cheap. There you go. I did not like it, but some will and that is the beauty of individuality. Mr Moffat. If I was writing your school report it would read, could and should do better. (Blink)

Goddamned nerds.

The last, oh month of /who/ was pretty bad, and I honestly struggled to defend it. I do feel, however that we, /who/ were unjustly banned and that it was only a small handfull of er problem users and didn't reflect the most of /who/'s user base. I did get the feeling that we were ostracized for being too er left leaning, but that's just a hunch. It was mentioned that we had been observed by the moderation and perhaps 'warned'. Also worth mentioning that the undercover scene had a memorable, and more importantly fitting, track behind it.

I liked the clip lots too. "Kerblam Man!" and a jump are great, some continuity is a fun away to establish a link with the past and just the whole feel of it is nice. Although I did enjoy some of S11 before this clip too, especially previous ep.

that's not the problem to me, it's just that it's so visually busy and fast that it's impossible to fully process what I'm looking at. it's sensory overload

I can't tell if they actually changed the roundel lights to white, or if it's just a combination of the exposure and white balance messing with the colors - because they still all have blue light shining on them in the closeup shots
