Hi

A while ago I posted about traveling England like The Doctor and solving peoples problems, having adventures, finding a female companion etc

But I realised the Doctor is good at Science stuff but I know nothing. So I come to you again for advice.

How do I git gud at Science? What books should I read? Is there like a Science 101 that teaches me the basics of everything I need to know? thx

You should be asking this to /sci/, not /doctorwho/

And besides Doctor Who is science fantasy, not science fiction.

Read a science textbook. Go to Khan Academy website–take some science courses. And of couse, do some experiments–while wearing goggles, gloves, and reading up on safety guidelines.
