Looks like you settled for the sqlab ones, but if you're feeling adventurous you could probably stick (neodynium?) magnets in to hold them in place.

They are magnetic, the magnets are just sitting under the wig at the moment.

It was actually the gal doing the faceup for me who spotted the ears at a dollfie meet and offered to grab them and paint them, so I have no idea what kind they are :D (well worth it though)

My next purchase will probably be a new wig from leeke world, this one is so frizzy and messy.

Well Sugar arrived and man does Bambicrony ship fast. I think she looks better in person than she did with the photos, but it is true the head doesn't quite fit with the body. Unfortunately Bambicrony put their BZ line on a really long body when I think something chubbier would probably look better. But I don't know if it bothers me enough to go find something to resinmatch it, and even then I dont know if i could easily sell the extra body, so its probably not worth fretting over.

Gah! I'm so frustrated. Maybe one of you guys can help me out, we know there are very realistic life-sized silicone love dolls, but do they make dolls like this in very small sizes like your typical barbie would be? I've seen pictures before of dolls like this, but can't find a place to buy them anywhere. They don't have to be silicone, any I have no intentions of being sexual with one, but I would prefer a realistic body for photography purposes.
I can not afford super expensive or large dolls.

Honestly, they're pricier than what they're worth, because the silicone doesn't stay nice for very long, especially if you pose them a lot. No, silicone dolls go to absolute shit in a short period of time. Not only does it grab dust and dander like crazy, but even if you don't pose it, it will eventually craze and crack due to the polymers breaking down which is a notorious issue of 'semi-transparent' silicones. Although there HAVE been great leaps and bounds in their manufacturing, it isn't quite where people want it to be yet.

Thats what I said, they don't stay pretty for very long so I don't think they're worth the extra value.

For what its worth, I found the packaging for the doll I have. Its a Phicen, slightly better than Arte Tokio price and make wise but still will degrade over time. Their faces are pretty blehhh but the bodies are decent enough for the price if you're absolutely set on a seamless. Just be prepared that in time she'll be a zombie.

It really depends where you go. You get what you pay for, part ten. And the chinese make some cheap shit. Its still cheap shit though. There are not many shortcuts in this hobby and the ones people have found they may be keeping close to their heart because more competition means shit sells out faster.
I will say this though, when it comes to shoes, Tabao is probably the best bet. Yes, the shoes from elsewhere are probably made better. However your doll isn't going hiking. Look very carefully at images and take it from there.

Help me out guys.

I got this Nefer Kane Starr, which I loved at first, and now I don't so much for ~reasons~.

I'm hoping to reshell her character into another small, kind of alien sculpt. There was a Charles Creature Cabinet (I think that's what the company was?) with some good options but he seems to have gone defunct.

(Weirdest thing is that I think I liked Starr more before she was resin cast.)

Any suggestions? Bonus points if said doll has a glow in the dark resin option.
