Discuss viable situational builds like Support Morphling, Shadowblade Tide, Double Necrobook+Refresher on any pushing hero or double blademail LD I guess.
No.1228
there are viable memebuilds but then theres shit like supportling
sure its a 4 second stun but the issue that people seem to disregard is it pushes the enemy back
situationally this can be helpful (cliffing people, etc) but most of the time (particularly the low-level pubs it gets played in) they end up pushing heroes away from their team

>>1227>sure its a 4 second stun but the issue that people seem to disregard is it pushes the enemy backPut that way, every stun has a fucking drawback.
>Mirana arrow can be countered with good positioning and hugging creeps and needs range to do anything>Beastmaster's 4 second disable ultimate has a long cooldown>Sven/CK/Venge's stun can be disjointed>Dragon Knight has a melee stun unless you're in Dragon Form>Crystal Maiden has an ensnareWhen you compare them to Adaptive Strike, everything looks awful.

Since his scepter update, I've been seeing Treant Protector played as a carry.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wJyAg5nQgUShadow Blade + Dagon Terrorblade works well, too. Jungle to low health, use SB, Tsundere an enemy with full health, and finish them off with Dagon.
E Blade + Dagon Riki could work as well, since neither of them will break invisibility and if your enemies are stupid enough, you can sit around and kill them with just that.

Guys i'm not part of this clan but i have a theory that i've put in practice a lot lately.
Lich with medallion as first item.
The point of this is making your lane ultra defensive, getting only one point in your 1st skill and maxing your 2nd skill, this means that 12 mins into the game you can give your carry 16 armor at any time, it has worked very well so far, ocassionally, i've given our initiator the armor buff and he got out alive, the highest downside of this is that you will be bootless for the first 7 mins or so.
No.1968
>>1966Lich can't benefit much from the mana regen, nor the active as a debuff on enemies. Not to mention that armor stacks diminishingly.
You'd be better off getting medallion on a healing support who actually needs the mana regeneration and can use the active offensively, like Witch Doctor, Omniknight, or support Huskar/Juggernaut.

that said, i think mek is better on lich than medallion
gives armor and the burst hp is still good even if the item got nerfed, lich has the mana pool to use it
