Not really, the Spectre kept pretending to be Russian and yelling at the Tiny. The Tiny kept tossing people into bad situations and they all kept going for "sik dives"

I guess the Enigma was trying, but he bought a casual perseverance and I asked why. He said it gave him mana.

I imagine the Enigma was from League and just brought all the +x HP/MP items

Just a general question with specter. Would a vanguard or shield items decrease the damage inflicted to enemies on his third skill or will it retain the damage and obviously decreases the damage you received?

Everytime I picked out specter I always make vanguard out of him. I might change that playstyle after knowing such tactic is useless.

its hardly useless.
vanguard = surviving longer = dealing more dispersion damage

the block isn't bad for you no matter the interaction

I would argue if you are having a bad game going vanguard into diffusal wouldn't b e bad if you couldn't get a radiance by 20 minutes

yeah, I think rad would be a better choice if you can get it within that time.
