Why not get Shadowblade?

Shadowblade only takes 1 dust to negate. Also this build is mainly a monster autoattacker using bouncing glaives with a divine rapier and monster attack speed to rape a whole team.

It uses lifesteal, huge strength, and some bonus armor along with bkb to ensure she wont die while she's storming the enemy with MoM active and a rapier.

It's bloody murder. And since you're playing Luna you can still gank assholes with your Q and ult while leveling the build. Plus she farms well with a MoM.

Pick CM and just get kills with her insane nuking power.

I get boots and tango to start with on luna. Is this good or retarded?

I figure the extra movement speed is really useful on lane to chase/escape and has won me loafds of matches early on.

Considering ring of aquila is the best right click per gold for agility heroes you're probably going to want to try to get that instead of lvl1 boots. Tell your team to giff tangoes and you just farm your basic items in like two minutes.
