and only ten months late!

To be fair, we got what we deserved. I think Valve did fine, considering that literally any other hero remodel would have been better, yet Void was chosen. We voted for this and this is what we got. What were they supposed to do?

I know that "source 2 will fix everything :^)"

but I honestly wish that valve had waited until source 2 to complete the remodel, since they're reworking particles supposedly

and make void have some kind of particle 'face' instead of just remaking the same model with tribal tats and some new icons

Why remodel a hero with no face and next to no apparel? What next, an Io remodel?

he has a several sets and a couple of other, non-set items, and they all fit fairly well with the new model (though to be honest i sort of prefer the new model without items other than maybe a mace, it looks quite good)

that said I don't really approve of the relatively minor makeover that he received considering the amount of time it was in the works and what really could have been done (see >>1810)

its not like hes a treant with two total sets one of which nobody knows about

furthermore it's easier to give a hero with no sets a makeover because the sets would have to be changed (as some of void's items have) to fit the new model, if not on an aesthetic level then certainly on an alignment level
