#1. Find a time/server combo that works for you. I've honestly found EU servers to be much less insane than US servers. Mostly because I always get stuck with 4 stacks of spics, who report me for not winning a 3v1 lane of like Viper, Venomancer, and Weaver; vs a solo melee.

#2. Play high impact, "broken" heroes like PL, Troll, etc..

#3. Don't rely on teammates, avoid items like BKB and really only matter if you're team is going to fight 5v5. Build damage/survivability and farm. Learn to rice, if you can't break +700gpm with free farm and your hero of choice, you're doing it wrong.

#4. Don't talk, people are fucking retarded on PC. It's best to just stay quiet when it comes to communications. Ping your missings and any runes you see, but that's it. People will literally do shitty things if you tell them even helpful things. PC players are quite honestly a bunch of tissue skinned faggot sissies.

The only thing I could add is that pushing wins games. An old strategy of mine was to pick Lycan every game and push before my teammates had a chance to ruin the fucking game for me, but I haven't used him as much since his nerf.

Low MMR games tend to have at least a few dumbasses on both teams. Play a hero like Troll or Sniper, pick off the enemies that are stupid enough to get killed, attempt to carry the team on your own. Only through playing heroes that are pure cancer will you be able to reach the promised land of 2K.

I did pretty good with Lycan before his nerf too. I'm just iffy on picking squishy heroes like Sniper to win my games because they can get shut down so easily.

That's called tilt. Dota's match-making is not designed to simply let you win all your games because you're good.

Forced 50 isn't a meme, it's a thing. That's how the match-making algorithm works. The only reason you see people with +55% win rates is because they play 5-stacked a lot.

I go between making Russians rage quit and getting American high schoolers threaten me on steam.

I despite having like 6-7 losses in a row as of right now. Have 58.4% win rate with an average of 514 GPM and 593 XPM for 6.83c.

Play the strong heroes you're good with. Sniper, Troll, PA, Jug. Or play the always strong heroes, Skywrath, Axe, Mirana.

Avoid heroes like Spectre, Medusa, etc.. who require good support to secure farm until they're fat. Avoid supports with little kill potential since you can't trust core players to make use of farm and rice fast. Don't buy Midas past 8-9 minutes, ever.

MMR does its job by showing the difference between players of different skill, it is just a matter of not saying "I HAVE 100 MORE MMR THAN YOU I AM THE BETTER PLAYER!"

I would argue differences of only about ~250 MMR (~8 games) matter.

This whole "learn the game mechanics" is bullshit.
Game is easy, teammates make it hard.

But go ahead and play for 8 hours straight just to gain +75~ mmr.
