CONFESSIONS THREAD

I have never purchased a glimmer cape

 No.2703

I almost never buy BKB because I always forget to use it.

that's acceptable, everything goes through that shit nowadays

Fucking this. BKB needs to have its charges removed and just have a base 6-7 duration. I'm always too afraid to use my BKB because of how valuable the charges are, so I end up losing the game with all of my charges, wasting 5k gold.

Aside from that…

>I intentionally feed in ranked matches as a way of proving that MMR doesn't determine skill. Try carrying me when I end 0/20.

>I think Puck is underpowered

>Bloodseeker needs to stop getting buffed every patch

>I bitch about OP heroes on /dota2/ all day then go and stomp with them in pubs

>A loli hero might actually work well for Dota

>Americans are collectively some of the worst Dota players in the world (I'm American)

>Lina is a core, not a support

>Carries should never buy Mek

>I have a burning hatred for Ring of Aquila

>SingSing isn't a good player

>SirActionSlacks isn't funny, but I still like him

>Power Treads are usually better than Phase Boots on carries

>BKB should protect against bash

>AM's mana break should not be a Unique Attack Modifier

 No.2735

Every hero should be replaced with pudge

 No.2738

>>2702

glimmer cape is p good, but not the first item you should buy on supp

 No.2742

>I only play Gyro and Techies as they are the only heroes I can have fun with when I get yet another shit team

>I feed intentionally if I personally have a shit early game as making a major comeback is too much effort and I know my team won't help

>I have NEVER won a solo ranked game

>I have never had a negative K:D in a solo ranked game

>I always buy quelling blade as a melee hero as I'm awful at last hits

>AMs mana break should not be unique

However much I want this nigga to be OP, that would be a little too ridiculous

next confession:

>i make around 20% of the threads on this board

 No.2788

Diffusal Blade isn't a unique attack modifier anymore, there's no reason Mana Break should still be one.

And yes, you can stop shitposting about your AM wins. I saw them. Everyone saw them.

but how could you say he needs a buff? His flash farm ability is just too good. Plus, what would you do with it? Desolator? He has enough core items to build before considering attack modifiers.

And shut up about my spamming, im proud of those wins bruh

>His flash farm ability is just too good

See: Nature's Prophet, Alchemist

>What would you do with it?

Satanic, Skadi. Just to have the options for either of them is nice.

 No.3313

I don't pick heroes I like, I pick heroes I don't want to play against.

I've always been bothered by the typical support mentality. Carries have priority for everything, of course, but a support player is still a hero slot. I've always been bothered by the fact that players, even professionals, deem it to be acceptable to be lv. 10 at 40 minutes just because they're a support, or to end 1/20/4 because "I'm a support, it's okay if I die!". Dying to save a core teammate is one thing, but it makes my skin crawl to know that other people think that supports can get away with feeding preventable deaths all game because they're early-game heroes.

Every hero needs items and, at the very least, levels. This has always been something that I've had trouble wrapping my mind around. If there's something I'm missing, please tell me, but I think the best supports can still play their role with 100% efficiency without feeding and being half the level of everyone else.
